More than 115 people gathered in the Hub for Sunday’s Town Hall to celebrate, hear updates from our Elders, and engage in conversation about this season at Bethel. Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed thoughtful questions and discussion.

Highlights Include

  • Elders shared about the upcoming Annual Family Business Meeting and the key topics that members will vote on.

  • A positive financial update was shared: giving is slightly ahead of budget, expenses are slightly under budget, and planning continues for capital reserve needs.
  • Elders & Deacons: 
    • There are no changes to the Elder Board this coming year.
    • After approximately 11 years of faithful service as Finance Deacon, Bob Lagonegro will be passing the baton while continuing to serve on the Finance Commission.
    • Brian Ace has accepted the nomination for the Finance Deacon role and will be on the ballot at the Annual Family Business Meeting.
    • Eric Talbott will be starting his third year as Congregational Care Deacon, faithfully providing care, prayer, and support to our church family.
    • Jeff Stevenson will be starting his second year as Church Facilities Deacon and is serving well in helping steward our facilities and resources.
  • We closed in prayer, circling up in small groups and praying together.
