Sunday’s Town Hall was a meaningful time together. We packed Desert View to celebrate, hear from our Elders, and engage in conversation about this season at Bethel. Thank you to all who came and shared such thoughtful questions.

The First Town Hall of 2026

Highlights Include

  • Elders shared how Bethel’s five values, introduced a year ago, are actively shaping decisions and church direction, with visual displays coming to the lobby soon.
  • Alpha was highlighted as a growing outreach and discipleship pathway at Bethel, expanding this spring and into high school ministry.
  • A positive financial update was shared: giving is slightly ahead of budget, expenses are slightly under budget, and planning continues for capital reserve needs.
  • Updates were given on Next Gen and Sunday services, including new worship and youth leadership, Family Sundays, and continued discipleship development.
  • Upcoming sermon series and teaching rhythms were shared, including Formed for the Sake of the World and increased alignment with small groups and discipleship goals.
  • The Outreach strategy was outlined as a long-term, volunteer-driven approach, including how this has shaped an upcoming event: the Sweetheart Dance.
  • We closed in prayer, circling up and praying together as one church family.
