Land Sale Approved
We’re grateful to share the results from Sunday’s Special Business Meeting. Bethel members overwhelmingly approved the sale of the West Pasco land — with 239 votes cast: 234 Yes and 5 No.
With this vote, Bethel will move forward with the purchase and sale agreement. Over the coming months, the buyer will begin the feasibility period and work with the City of Pasco on the rezoning process. We’ll continue to keep you updated as this moves forward.
