GRIEFSHARE

If you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member, parent or friend, you’ve probably found there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel. Our GriefShare group meets weekly for 13 weeks to assist you in facing the challenges that come with loss, and helps you move toward rebuilding your life. Offered twice a year in spring and fall. DIVORCECARE

DivorceCare is a safe place where caring people come alongside you as you find healing from the pain of separation or divorce. At this 13-week, video-based support group program, you’ll find helpful counsel to manage the emotional turmoil and practical tools for decision-making. Offered once a year in the fall. SEVEN PILLARS OF FREEDOM FOR MEN

Through the Seven Pillars of Freedom you’ll start to understand your whole story and identify what contributes to your sexual brokenness. You will begin your recovery from unwanted sexual behavior with a trusted group of men on the same journey. Through the guided lessons and a trusted community, you will develop the tools necessary to break free, heal your relationship, and take back your life. 

BETRAYAL & BEYOND FOR WOMEN

Betrayal & Beyond reveals the truth and nature of sexual addiction, and how women are wounded by the addict’s behaviors. For women who have suffered betrayal, their healing comes from understanding the role of trauma, establishing healthy boundaries, exploring the depth of forgiveness, and learning to live in restoration. 

SERENITY WOMEN’S GROUP

A faith-based fellowship of women with loved ones suffering from addiction. Meets weekly in the Bethel Church Hospitality room on Wednesdays, 2:30-3:30.

CHRONIC PAIN SUPPORT FOR WOMEN

MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID TRAINING

Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults. 

WHAT IT COVERS

• Common signs and symptoms of mental health challenges. 

• Common signs and symptoms of substance use challenges. 

• How to interact with a person in crisis. 

• How to connect a person with help. 

• Expanded content on trauma, substance use and self-care.

This will be a” blended” course – Learners complete a 2-hour, self-paced online course prior to participating in a 6 hour in person instructor-led training by Jessica Wallace, LMHC. Offered twice a year.
