Team Leaders
At our recent GO Trip Celebration, we had the joy of hearing from the team that served with our Global Partner, FFHM, in Oaxaca over spring break! Friends, family, and Bethel members gathered to celebrate what God did through the team and to hear firsthand stories of their experience.
Karl and Sara Scheuerman led the team and shared an overview of the trip, including highlights of the ministry of FFHM and the unique region of Oaxaca. Each team member also shared how the trip impacted their lives in meaningful ways.
Team Members
The Scheuermans’ daughters—Annalise, Emily, and Macie—spoke about how much they enjoyed the experience, especially the friendships they formed across language barriers. We also heard from Karen Lindquist, who returned to Oaxaca for a second time and loved reconnecting with the staff and children she met on her previous trip. Fabiola (Fabi) Salas, another team member, was an incredible blessing as a bilingual team member who helped with translation and brought a servant’s heart to every part of the trip.
Supporting The Team
At Bethel, we often say “Pray, Give, Go”—a reminder that everyone can play a part in the Great Commission. These GO Trip Celebrations are a special opportunity for those who pray and give to rejoice alongside those who go.
Thank you to everyone who supported this team through prayer, finances, and encouragement. You played a vital role in what God is doing through our partnership with FFHM in Oaxaca!
