TOWN HALL: RECAP

Sunday’s Town Hall brought our church family together for connection and insightful updates. Our Elders shared several key points, celebrating both recent successes and important developments within our church. The session ended with a live Q&A, fostering open dialogue and deeper connection.

HERE'S WHAT WAS SHARED:

Celebrations: Each Elder took time to reflect on and celebrate what God is doing in our church, emphasizing areas of growth and transformation.

Elder Retreat Insights: The Elders shared that during their recent retreat, they spent vital time in prayer together, and discussed key topics such as membership, Bethel Values, and other priorities they plan to address as a church moving forward.

Deacon Updates: Our two new deacons—Congregational Care and Church Grounds—are actively building their teams and working diligently to ensure that our church family is well cared for and that our facilities remain in excellent condition.

Staffing and Finances: Updates were provided on staffing needs and the current state of our finances. The Operations Director position is now posted. We will take additional time to evaluate our needs in the areas of care, outreach, and the executive roles previously filled by Angie Hufford.

Church Launches: We shared updates and prayed over Imago Dei Community Church and Foundation Bible Church, our two recent church launches.

Looking Ahead: Adam previewed our upcoming sermon series, mentioned that Christmas Eve services will be at 3 and 4:30 p.m. this year, and shared that pilot groups for Alpha will begin this winter/spring.

Q&A: The floor was opened for a time of live Q&A, providing space for questions and discussion.
