OPEN POSITION: OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
We are currently searching for an Operations Director to join our Bethel staff team, providing leadership in finance, compliance, human resources and facilities management. This is a crucial role, and we believe that the right person for this position may be within our own congregation or connected to someone you know.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
– Is a faithful disciple of Jesus and aligns with Bethel’s mission and values
– Possesses experience in operations (finance, human resources, compliance and facilities) management, preferably in a church or non-profit setting
– Demonstrates excellent leadership and communication skills
– Has a track record of successful financial and resource management
– Is passionate about serving the church and its community

Even kids can participate in LocalFest! Besides finding a place to serve with their family, kids can participate in LocalFest by joining the Cereal Drive. All donations will go to families in need through the Tri Cities Food Bank!
